BonBon-Land keeps investing in new rides. For a couple of years the park has aimed for big thrills and action, but 2005 will be different. Instead of the somewhat actionpacked rides that has popped up the last few years, this years new ride will be more family friendly. Everybody can join in on the fun! The Sea Lion is the parks most ambitious decorational project ever. It will cost 15. million kr. to build, and it's the biggest investment in a ride on Sealand this year. The Sea Lion opens the 5th of May.

During your wild Sea Lion ride you will pass the leaning tower in pizza, an upside-down monkey island and a small waterfall. Onboard your senses will get stimulated through the icy ocean, the sunny islands and exotic scents.

2 Years on its way
The Sea Lion has been more than two years in the making. It should've been done in 2004, but the extensive building required forced the park to postpone the premiere. The Sea Lion is the largest decorationproject in the history of the park. For example 35 tons of fibre glass to more than a 100 figures. The Sea Lion will take up one and a half football field when it's done.

"We have opened new rides every year since 1992 for our guests. Thats a tradition we are going to hold on to. We have prioritized solid action over more gentle rides, but now we are going to concentrate on experiences for the senses, where everyone can go on a journey, with having to be talked into it first", BonBon-Lands founder Michael Spangsberg promises.
