(3/15/07) The London Dungeon (Merlin Entertainment) has announced that they will add a new “drop ride” in 2007 called Extremis: Drop Ride To Doom. In the ultimate bit of themeing you will be strapped into a unique ride system (rumored to be from ABC Rides) themed like a gallows by a “hangman” who will then slowly winch you to the top before dropping you to your doom. The new ride is expected to open March 30th."
