Oct. 6th, 2004 -- Holiday World & Splashin' Safari have announced a $6.3 million expansion plan for next year. A second train for Raven, a larger wave pool and a larger version of the Round-Up are among the improvements.

The second train added to Raven will increase its capacity by 70%, which should alleviate long lines on semi-busy days. Roundhouse, a Hrubetz Round-Up will be replaced by a similar ride, the Dartron Zero Gravity which will be named Revolution. Revolution has a larger capacity, runs faster and will have a lighting package for nighttime operation.

Bahari is the name of the new wave pool which will replace the one they built in 1994. It is nearly twice the size of the old wave pool and includes water jets and fountains to enchance the fun.
