Yep, you read it right! Armageddon Les Effets Speciaux is going! According to our very own source related to the project will Armageddon be replaced by a Narnia related attraction. Although our source did not reveal what the actual attraction will be, it seems that La Roquine on Disney Central Plaza knows more.

According to him will Studio 7 be taken over by a Narnia walkthrough, similar to the one found at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida. The attraction there shows a making-of video and highlights sets, costumes and props from the movie.

Our source could share one thing however, an interactive element would be part of the tour.

Fände ich sehr schade, wenn Armagedoon wirklich weichen müßte. Warum bauen die für neue Attraktionen keine neuen Hallen? Platz genug haben sie doch!

Gut, dass ich da bei meinem letzten Besuch nochmal rein bin, wenn das denn stimmt.

Der Simulator ist ja ganz nett gemacht, aber die viel zu lange Pre-Show hat mich bisher von mehreren Besuchen abgehalten.

Als Ersatz jedoch den Walkthrough reinzubauen halte ich dann doch für zu wenig. Sehr wahrscheinlich wird der auch nur kurz bestehen bleiben, bis man das Go für die nächste größere dauerhafte Attraktion für die Halle/Fläche gibt.
