Dollywood 2006: Timber Tower
Und mal wieder eine Neuheit zu vermelden, Dollywood baut 2006 einen Huss Topple Tower. Die weiter im Screamscape text beschriebene Attraktion klingt irgendwie nach einem Heege Turm?
Dollywood has announced that they will add Timber Tower to the Thunderhead Gap area in 2006 as part of a $6.5 million expansion project. Standing 65 feet tall, the Huss Topple Tower ride spins 40 riders around the outside of the tower while it climbs to the top and then begins to fall over side to side at a 60º angle. The 2006 expansion will continue the lumber camp theme of Thunderhead Gap and also add a small interactive children’s play area that will include a 30 foot tall self powered kiddie tower ride where riders pull themselves to the top with a rope and let go when they are ready to fall back to the ground. They will also add Lumbercamp, a new themed restaurant.
