Was ist daran wahr?

get in the back seat,
Alex.

PREMIER PARKS INC. COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF OLD INDIANA FAMILY
FUN N' WATER PARK ASSETS

-----------------------

NEW YORK, November 26, 1997 -- Premier Parks Inc. (NASDAQ: PARK), announced today
that it has consummated its previously announced acquisition of substantially all of the assets,
including approximately 320 acres of land, formerly used in the operation of Old Indiana Family Fun
N' Water Park, located near Indianapolis.

Premier confirmed that it plans to completely redevelop the park into a major regional theme park
which is expected to re-open for the 1999 season.

Premier Parks is the fourth largest regional theme park company in the world. Including Kentucky
Kingdom, Marine World and Old Indiana, Premier now controls fourteen regional parks located in
diverse markets across the United States with aggregate 1997 attendance of approximately 11
million.
