Following Disney’s unveiling of its plans for its theme parks, Universal is expected to delve into details of its most anticipated attraction, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, during a webcast for reporters and bloggers Tuesday.
Thr $200 million project, billed as a theme park within a theme park at Universal’s Islands of Adventure, includes a 15-story replica of Hogwarts Castle from the popular book and film series.
One of the Harry Potter’s biggest rivals may be joining the webcast. Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy in the film series, wrote on his Twitter account (@TomFelton) late Sunday that he was already in Orlando to see the progress on the theme park.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is set to open in 2010.
