(2/26/09) According to this news article, the latest buzz in the middle east is that the F1-X Theme Park may be delayed because the developers has run out of money. Apparently the plan was to make money to finish the park with the sale of homes, but with the real estate market crash there, this has not been possible. They also mention that local rumors suggest that the Ferrari World theme park will also be delayed for a year.
