To update from the Beta update version:

To update from a fresh retail install:

ftp://ftp.download-center.com/international/rct3/RCT3_RETAIL-UPDATE1_EU.EXE

I'm afraid for those who downloaded the abortive EU update, then you will need to reinstall, first. This is the same content as the US update #1. Thanks for your patience.
